What to send

• Business name and public website
• Your name and role
• The Spotlight URL
• The fact to correct or the requested removal
• A public business channel where authority can be independently confirmed

Opting out of Town & City promotional messages does not remove the free Spotlight. The accuracy/update process and optional marketing permission are separate.
